What is Flocci Pulse?
Flocci Pulse brings nine content formats into one platform: polls, quizzes, surveys, forms, word clouds, petitions, presenter-led live sessions, recurring XM programmes and Persona assessments. It combines QR/PIN participation, phone remote control, moderated Q&A, true eNPS, driver analysis, branching assessments and AI-assisted authoring.
How do I get started with Flocci Pulse?

Can participants join without an account?
Yes. They open a response link or scan a QR code; live sessions also support a PIN. No audience account or installation is required.
Is XM just another survey?
XM adds recurring programmes, true 0–10 NPS/eNPS, metric binding, driver analysis, segment heatmaps and comparisons across waves. Persona is a separate profile and assessment system.
